Just as the recent storm swept through the northwest the night before, City overwhelmed the visitors away at the their home ground. It was a statement three goal win for the City coach's side thanks to goals from Knaak, Bunny Shaw and Hemp. It was a result that clearly signaled their championship potential as they consolidated their place at the league summit.
